Got a part nobody makes anymore?
Half the jobs here show up as a file. The other half show up as a broken piece somebody can't buy a replacement for. Both get handled in the same shop, by me.
No file? Not a problem.
A photo, a sketch, or the busted piece itself is enough to start. I redraw it rather than copy a part that already failed once, then print a test before anything goes into a run.
Start a jobParametric models built so the part can actually be printed and then used.
A rough idea turned into something you can hold, test, and sell.
Bring me the broken one. No drawing needed, and no replacement part to hunt for.
Printed here on my own machines.
FDM only, on a fleet of Prusa and Bambu Lab printers. Nothing gets farmed out to somebody I've never met.
Start a jobWalls, infill, and orientation set for where the part lives and what it holds.
Brackets, fixtures, housings, and mechanisms that take load.
Most simple prototypes are back to you in a few days.
Same material and locked settings from the first part to the last.
Batches up to around fifty parts, measured before they ship.
If it cracks, bring it back.
The job isn't done when the printer stops. It's done when the part works where you put it. If the first material's wrong, we try the next one until it's right.
Start a jobIt depends on the application, so I ask about heat, load, and chemicals before you pay for the wrong filament.
A second look at your CAD before you commit to a batch.
Grab it at Booth A26 inside NRH Hive Collective.
Boxed and tracked to anywhere in the country.
Shop floors, job sites, and garages.
A fixture for a production line and a bracket for your kitchen cabinet get measured the same way. The size of the job doesn't change the standard.
I'm based in North Richland Hills and print for folks in Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Haltom City, Keller, Watauga, Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake, Fort Worth, and the rest of Dallas-Fort Worth. Farther out? I ship.

Manufacturing
Small runs and one-offs for machine shops that don't want a minimum order.
Education
Robotics teams and STEM labs that need parts before the competition, not after.
Engineering
Test and validation parts, plus a second set of eyes on the CAD before a batch.
Consumer Products
First runs for people launching a product without tooling money.
Small Business
Displays, mounts, and branded parts made to your dimensions.
Homeowners
The appliance part the manufacturer stopped making, or hardware that never existed.
