One shop. One guy. My name's on it.
Aircraft mechanic by trade. Same standard on every part. You talk to the guy printing it.
Got a part nobody makes anymore?
I'm Josh. I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade, with degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering.
Before aviation, I worked cleanroom production at Intel, where one speck of dust scrapped the product. I also served as a firefighter, where your gear either works or it doesn't. That's the standard I bring to every part.
Apex started because I kept fixing things. A broken clip. A knob nobody makes anymore. A bracket that cost more to ship than to replace. I'd scan it, draw it, and print it, and it would outlast the original. Then people started bringing me theirs.
I work nights in aviation maintenance and run Apex around it. You deal with me from the first photo to the finished part. No sales guy, no ticket queue. If it's off, it goes back on the plate, not in your hands.
Bring me something broken — I'll give you back something new

Three rules I don't bend.
Parts get calipered and test fit before they go in a box. That's an aircraft habit and I'm not breaking it.
If the material you asked for will warp where the part lives, I tell you before you pay. Nobody enjoys that conversation later.
Something cracks, bring it back. We change the design and run it again, and I eat the filament.
